Article 2 // Types of Data Collected

ContentWriteLab collects the following categories of personal data through this website:

• 01 Identity Data: full name, business name, professional title.
• 02 Contact Data: email address, telephone number, postal address.
• 03 Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs.
• 04 Usage Data: pages visited, time spent on pages, interaction patterns.
• 05 Project Data: project briefs, communication records, deliverable specifications.

Article 3 // Legal Basis for Processing

ContentWriteLab processes personal data under the following legal bases as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

• 01 Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): Where you have given explicit consent for specific processing purposes.
• 02 Contractual Necessity (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.

Article 4 // Data Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. Client project data is retained for a period of 5 years following the conclusion of the service agreement. Contact inquiry data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the date of last communication. Technical logs are retained for 12 months.

Article 5 // Data Sharing

ContentWriteLab does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with:

• 01 Service providers who assist in operating our business (hosting, email, payment processing).
• 02 Legal authorities when required by applicable law or regulation.
• 03 Successor entities in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Article 6 // Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• 01 Right of Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• 02 Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
• 03 Right to Erasure: Request deletion of your personal data under certain conditions.
• 04 Right to Restriction: Request limitation of processing in specific circumstances.
• 05 Right to Data Portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Article 2 // Scope of Services

ContentWriteLab provides professional copywriting, market analysis, content strategy, and related communication services. The scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement executed between the parties.

Article 3 // Payment Terms

• 01 All invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise specified in the SOW.
• 02 Late payments are subject to a 2% monthly interest charge on the outstanding balance.
• 03 Payments are accepted via bank transfer or through the designated payment link provided by ContentWriteLab.
• 04 All prices are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Article 4 // Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of all applicable fees, the client receives full ownership of all deliverables produced under the service agreement. ContentWriteLab retains the right to display work samples in portfolio materials unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect. Pre-existing intellectual property, tools, methodologies, and frameworks used by ContentWriteLab remain the exclusive property of ContentWriteLab.

Article 5 // Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement for a period of 2 years. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Article 6 // Limitation of Liability

ContentWriteLab's total liability under any service agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. ContentWriteLab shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Article 7 // Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination. Non-payment of invoices constitutes grounds for immediate termination without notice.

Article 8 // Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Udine, Italy.

Article 2 // Types of Cookies Used

• 01 Strictly Necessary Cookies: Essential for the operation of this website. They enable core functions such as page navigation, form submission, and access to secure areas. These cookies do not require consent under the ePrivacy Directive (Directive 2002/58/EC).

Article 5 // Updates to This Policy

This Cookie Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legislation, or our business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of this website following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Article 2 // Revision Policy

All service packages include a minimum of 2 rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are available at a rate of EUR 150 per round. Revision requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of deliverable receipt. Requests received after this period may be subject to additional charges.

Article 3 // Service Dissatisfaction

If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, they must notify ContentWriteLab within 14 days of delivery with a detailed written explanation of the issues. ContentWriteLab will make reasonable efforts to remedy the identified issues within 7 business days. If the issues cannot be resolved to the client's satisfaction, a partial or full refund may be issued at ContentWriteLab's discretion, taking into account the extent of work completed.

Article 4 // Cancellation of Ongoing Projects

For projects with monthly or milestone-based billing, clients may cancel with 14 days' written notice. All work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and is non-refundable. Any prepaid amounts for work not yet performed will be refunded within 14 business days of the cancellation date.

Article 5 // Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days. If the original payment method is unavailable, a reasonable alternative method will be arranged. ContentWriteLab reserves the right to deduct any bank transfer fees or currency conversion costs from the refund amount.

Article 6 // Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this refund policy shall first be addressed through direct communication between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Udine, Italy, in accordance with Italian law.
